20 year career in Indiana assessment, appraisal and property tax representation and appeal services.  Certified Indiana Appraiser & Certified Tax Representative.

2005-     Co-Founder and Principal Officer of Commercial Property Tax Advisors.  Responsible for valuation of real estate and the coordination of property tax appeals

1997-2007:  President of Axiom Consulting, Inc., and specializing in the reduction of real and personal property taxes servicing clientele throughout the State of Indiana.

1996-1997:  Vice President, GK Tax Group, LLC -  A firm specializing in business and personal income tax preparation and planning, and the reduction of real and personal property taxes in Northwest Indiana.

1996-1997:  Appraisal Research Corporation; subcontracted team member for authoring Regulation 17, the State Assessment Guidelines used to assess all real property in Indiana.

1992-1996:  Head of real property taxation servicing all Northwest Indiana real estate clients and managing tax appeal staff in South Bend, Indianapolis and Evansville.  During four years negotiated tax appeals that saved clients in excess of $6.4 million.

1990-1991:  Received Indiana Assessor– Appraiser Certification.

Education: Southern Illinois University

Volunteer:  Founding Chairman of the American Cancer Society’s Portage Relay for Life in 1999 and 2000, managing 40 volunteers and raising over $60,000.  Coached youth softball, baseball, basketball, football and soccer.  Very active with Shriner’s Hospitals for Children.

Personal:  Married 20 years with two children living in Chesterton, Indiana
